How long will the Small Business Technology Assessment take?
As a guide, for businesses with 2-24 PCs a Technology Assessment would generally comprise a one-hour business assessment and one-hour technical review. After the assessment you will receive a written summary outlining your business needs and goals and recommended technology solutions required to support those business goals.

The complimentary* technology assessment generally has two components: the Business Assessment and the Technical Assessment:

1. The Business Assessment: we will meet with you ,the small business owner to identify your business needs, current processes and goals to help determine where technology can provide a clear return on investment.
2. The Technical Assessment: This stage of the assessment will focus on your current IT set-up, identify gaps and recommend a technology solution that is required to support the business goals identified.
